Summer School of Rock Reunion Concert!

In honor of how hard all of the students in the summer School of Rock, we have decided to reward that with a reunion concert that will be held at the Dunedin Brewery on December 4th, 2010 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. This reunion concert will bring together all of the members of each band from the summer School of Rock and the teachers as well. It will reward the hard work we put into this program and give everyone a chance to show off everything they learned over the summer and be proud that they learned it. All ages are welcome at the Brewery on this night. So come, get some food, and enjoy the show!

Musicology Praise and Worship Nights This Friday September 17th, 2010@ 7.30PM!!! FREE EVENT

“Play Music Skillfully and With Excellence” Psalms 33:3

Hey Gang,

You are invited to an amazing night of music and community! My vision for these evenings is to facilitate a meeting of like-minded excellent musicians from different music/ church backgrounds and play fresh music, as well as hang out and talk about  what matters in life. The musicians that have been picked are all excellent musicians in their own right, but rarely have the opportunity to play together due to everybody have prior commitments at their respective churches every Sunday. These evenings are also in place to mentor and model to the people involved in local music or who play in church, what music can sound like. It is also a place for anybody who just loves killer music!

I am proud to say you will not find very many places in the Tampa Bay Area and beyond where the music is of this level and sensitivity. The community aspect of these nights are so important as it seems everybody these days (churches included) are so goal oriented and many times to the point where peoples real needs are not met . Every human being needs to be a part of authentic where they can be real about their situations, concerns and other people can be real and honest in return. We try to facilitate a talk in the middle of the evening where everybody has a chance to interact and share their viewpoints, it is a very cool hang indeed!

The Musicology Praise and Worship Nights is an evening of gratitude and celebrating life, Feel free to come out!  There are NO religious agendas, NO sales pitches, just pure love for music and people!!   :)
