as well as hang out and have a good time.

An evening of playing upward and going for the "Zone".

No agendas, just digging deep, celebrating, and having a great time with

some of Tampa Bay's most talented musicians

Come join us on January 21st and rock out with our Fall 2011 School of Rock bands, Musical Maniacs and Along for the Ride!

These kids really know their stuff! They’ve been hard at work since October and after a great Christmas concert, they’re ready to rock the Brewery!

Come share in the good times and great music this coming Saturday at 6pm!

Hey Gang!
We are ecstatically pumped to invite you, your friends and family out to our Summer School of Rock Finale concert series!!!
The first gig for the 7 bands participating this summer will be at the Dunedin Brewery on Saturday September 10th from 5PM to 8PM. The second gig will be an outdoor event during the 3rd Friday in Downtown Safety Harbor at Taste Cafe 6PM to 9PMon Friday the 16th of September. Come out and support these awesome events! Check out all the students hard work and persistence, they will tear it up people, you will be blown away with the talent at Musicology!!! The headliner of the evening will be the Abstract Dossier who are alumni from the SOR. They are currently recording their first EP with all original tunes and produced by Musicology’s own Ben Plott. Musicology started this with the School of Rock session last summer with three of the members in the band and they found their bassist from another School of Rock session and they just built it from there. They are now working on recording a seven song EP album, all original songs, with one of our guitar teachers here at Musicology, Ben Plott. They are playing a gig at Gasoline Alley on August 20th at 10pm, please try and make it and see their amazing progress in one year!

Hey Gang!!

Thanks for everybody who came out to our gig at Taste in Downtown Safety Harbor this Friday. This event was AWESOME. All 4 bands performed and sounded great. There was a huge turnout of people and we spoke with the owners of Taste and will definitely do it again! A big thank you to all the students putting in all that hard work, thank you to all the parents supporting the arts! , a thank you goes out to Michelle and Robin at Taste cafe, and lastly, thank you to Musicology instructor Ben Plott for helping out train these kids to sounding so good! Next school of Rock concert will be coming on May 14th at the Dunedin Brewery. Please come out it will be an awesome show!!!
